Lower control arms
I spent about 3 hours changing 1 upper control arm what a pain changing the bushings to energy poly bushings
i noticed the new poly lower control bushigs come with the metal shells on them. has anybody changed the lower bushings do you have to press the old shells out any help would be great |

yea im kinda stressing about doing my uppers. especially getting the bushing outta the axle. i just did the lowers and it was a pretty easy install. how are they stuck?
