Lower control arms


I spent about 3 hours changing 1 upper control arm what a pain changing the bushings to energy poly bushings

i noticed the new poly lower control bushigs come with the metal shells on them. has anybody changed the lower bushings do you have to press the old shells out any help would be great

Is anybody running aftermarket lower control arms? these sobs are stuck

yea im kinda stressing about doing my uppers. especially getting the bushing outta the axle. i just did the lowers and it was a pretty easy install. how are they stuck?

heres some pics of my install.. backwards, but starts around pic 014

yes sir its a s281, but not made by saleen. i got mine from kaenen. fits perfect!!

the old bushings i guess have to be pressed out to put new poly bushings in

I was thinking af putting aftermarket lower control arms and eating the new poly bushings i bought
