How to remove CD player???

how do you take out the seperate CD deck below the old radio, I am tryin to replace with a switch panel I just cant figure out how to take the damn thing out

Same way you take the stereo out, take a coat hanger and bend it into a "U" shape then slide the ends into the holes on both sides. There will be some resistance. Once they are locked in, pull out and away from the cd player and it will slide out.

Believe me, it's easier than it sounds, but just work with it and it will come out.

+1 just and like firey said push them away, but wasn't super clear you will push them each to the outside of the radio and pull on it to slide out.....If you still can't get it, swing by any decent stereo shop and they have a key for it and they will probably pull it out for you...
