T5 to a AOD swap in a 95GT

I have a s/c 95GT with a T5 that I would like to switch over to an AOD.
I would like to go with an AOD out of a Fox body to avoid messing with an auto computer/AOD-E, that and reading other posts it sounds that the AOD-E computer gets confused with bolt ons.
Aside from the tranny, tranny to block spacer, t/c, flywheel,a longer input shaft and shifter what else would I need to do this?
How would I hook up the kick down cable that is need for the older AOD?

THANKS!

If you use a manual valvebody you wont have to worry about the kickdown cable.
