it will work by itself...it just will be held back considerably by the limitations of your stock top end. I would spend the money on something else if you dont already have HCI (heads, cam, intake) done...

350 for the kit plus whatever it will cost you to get your block machined, and the rotating assembly installed...Gears will be much cheaper.

$350 is awfully cheap for a 347...

Is he selling a shortblock, or a rotating assembly?

If its an assembly, with no block. It will require machine work to the block, new rings. new bearings. a bunch of measurements to be taken...
then ofc you will have to notch the bottom of the cylinder bores so the rods dont interfere with the block

plain and simple... unless this is a shortblock... you should probably skip it.

why does he want to get rid of it? How much for the shortblock? I would also find out who made the kit and who installed it/.

if he isnt pulling away from you like a mad man, with a 347... then something is seriously wrong with his car.

just another great reason to avoid buying it.

Hence why it was so cheap...If you see any kits for less than 500 be spectacle.
