starting problems
Im starting to have problems keeping my engine running right after starting it. It will start, but then the rpms start getting below 1000, then the battery gauge flickers a lot, then it just dies. The only way to keep it from dying is to keep giving it gas for 2-3 minutes. The battery is ready to give out on me, since it is 5 years old, but if it starts the car it isnt the problem, right? Ive already cleaned the MAF, so could this be a fuel injector problem?

My friend said it could be the alternator not giving power to the car, is this a possibility as well?
