they will eventually but it will tale a long time. You will probably upgrade exhaust before they rust out.

it will take quite a while for them to rust thru. i live in michigan and my car saw winters before i got it, and after 5 years there's some surface rust on the mufflers but nothing more.

no. those are 2 chambers. they make 1chambers as well that are louder. also a super 40 is also a 2chamber but i believe the 40 is sapsoed to be louder than the 44.

They were like $55 each new off of ebay. As far as if they are loud. Id say no if you keep your cats on. And if you have dumps after the muffler they are a little lound but not bad at all. When you run the tail pipes after them it really cuts the sound down. I had flowmaster original 40 on there with an off road h-pipe but i got sick of swapping back and forth to my stock h-pipe for smog. so when i got a new BBK x-pipe with cats it kill the sound i had, thats why i went with the super 10s.

i got the flowmaster tail pipes after i got the mufflers. The tail pipes cost me $135 plus $12 shipping. I bolted them on but im going to have them welded in the next few months. but you will have to have the muffler hanger welded on unless you wanna use some cheap hangers from an auto parts store

when i first conected the mufflers with out tail pipes i thought the sound was just right ( for me that is ) but when i conected the tail pipes it really cut the sound down. But some people say that flowmasters are restrictive.....BUT not with the super 10s. you can see through them if you get the one that have the inlet and outlet off set. There nice, you would like them

and yea i just watched a vid on utube with somebody with super 10s and i loved the sound haha so i think i got my mind set on what ima get

I dont know how much it will cost to have them welded, i figure it cant cost that much if welding is all they have to do. But my friend has a welder and he helped me with the hangers but im going to take it to a muffler shop do have them weld the rest, because i may have to have some pipe bent as well to give it a real clean look. If it were me i would just get 2 1/2" pipe all the way back, its not that much more money like i said $135 for the tail pipes off ebay. but if you dont have the money do what ever you need to do, either way it will sound better then what you have

Or do dumps right after the mufflers that will save you so cash. Im not sure but i dont think i can run dumps in my state do to the fact that it would be hard for the smog station to put the sniffers in my tail pipes, i could be wrong but thats what some one told me once

just under stand that your going to need to add pipe when you cut your old mufflers off. The super 10 are half as long as any other muffler also when you cut the mufflers away from your tail pipes there wont be enough pipe to reconect to the muffler but its like that with any muffler unless you use the dumps or buy the new tail pipes or add some pipe. so a muffler shop may be needed for some of it. just do as much of the work your self as you can to cut cost down, then a shop can finish it off at a low cost
