I've built a few. You'll need a TIG welder and a tubing bender capable of doing mandrel bends. If you have a friend who has a muffler shop most of them have the toold. It's very time consuming. The tubing is the cheap part. The flanges are pricey for good ones. If you buythe cheap ones you get what you pay for. They crack and you can only weld something so many times. The bends depend on what all you want left in the engine compartment and where you want the intercooler. You can buy pre-bent parts from various companies online. It's very pricey though. Do a google search on mandrel bent tubing. Precision turbo sells the turbo and header flanges. You will want to buy the upgraded stainless steel couplers. I highly recommend stainless steel. Mild steel is prone to cracking.
