Bigger fuel injectors?

So I just ordered new cams, throttle body, heads, and intake. Should I upgrade my fuel injectors also? I was planning on using the stock ones and didn't want to spend the money in them really. But if I get them would I have to get a bigger fuel pump?

How many cams did you order? After all, you only need one.
Any time you upgrade the H/C/I, you definitely need to upgrade the fuel pump (255lph) and the injectors (24lb).

What heads? I'm still using 19's with my gt-40 heads and stock cam. Their at their limit but still work fine. 19's can support up to 300hp.

I think both comments are good. Ya 19 lb injectors are good to 300hp but it wont hurt you to upgrade your fuel pump (255lph) and go with 24lb injectors. You can get the injectors used and save some money, as for the pump i would buy that new, $100-$120

24lb inj would be a good upgrade. You will need a new mass air. You can find used ones on the corral or on craigslist. Like mentioned above, buy the fuel pump new. Ebay has them in the 100-120 range.

Not quite. You can run 19lb injectors at stock fuel pressure up to 275hp (crank) but beyond that, you'll need to raise the fuel pressure. I have mine at 45psi with the stock injectors and I'm at 315-320hp (crank).
At the 340hp (crank) level, 19lb injectors are maxed out at 100% duty cycle and stock fuel pressure but that's with more efficient heads and a BSFC of 0.45. A set of 24lb injectors would drop the duty cycle to a safe 80% at the 340hp level.

I have the GT40p heads. If I got the 24lb injectors wont i need to get a tune for that? I know that our cars are hard as hell to tune and I dont have a speed shop around locally to do a dyno tune, so know of anything to buy to tune it right?

No, as long as you have an aftermarket MAF that's calibrated for 24lb injectors and run the stock fuel pressure, you should be fine. It's the cam swap that invariably sends the computer into a hissy fit but it's not an issue as long as the valve opening/closing events are reasonably close to stock.
