Whats some mods I can do?
I have a 94 vert. So far the following is done to it..its a 5 speed
steeda tri-ax short throw shifter 3.73 gears flowmaster 40 series underdrive pullies not sure if its cold air intake really, but its a spectre air filter on it |

is the air filter in the engine bay.... If so its not a cold air intake.

Whats your budget ? that would help to figure out what mods to do next. If you have a big budget, id say cylinder heads (new or used) , or a used supercharger, with upgarded fuel pump (255lph),injectors (36-42lb),mass air (75mm or bigger)and TB (70-75mm)

like to keep the budget low for now. and yeah its still in the engine bay, so i guess its just a replacement filter? does a cold air intake add much to these cars?

You have a vert so your next mods should be weld-in full length subframe connectors (preferably rectangular tubing).
You can also remove the 25lb dead weight that's bolted to the passenger side front inner fender below the plastic liner.

Hardly. Do you have the stock MAF setup? If so, then just pull the silencer out and put a new filter on. Virtually as effective as a CAI, and its free!!
