1995 saleen
i might be getting a good deal on a 95 saleen shell .i have a 89 lx right now and i was thinking about puting my 347 and t5 set up in the saleen. i know the upper intake has to have that elbow but is the harness the same and can i use my al9 ecu? will the trans hook up with the drive shaft----wtf:/ lol
i need to know all the info i can asap thanks

Before buying one call Saleen @ 800-888-8945 to make sure the car is legit. You'll need the last 6 digits of the VIN to verify. You can't plug your A9L into the existing harness. You don't have to have the elbow ofr the intake. If the car has it's original driveshaft you will need a spacer. If not you may have to shorten your driveshaft. Saleen set the motors back an inch to inch and a half depending on who was notching the K-member that day.

If the shell is in good shape and the price is right then have at it. Weather its a legit saleen or not doesnt matter as the drivetrain has been pulled so it aint worth crap to start with. In other words dont pay any more for it than you would any other shell...it has no value other than being a roller at this point.
