When it sits.the car sputters a little here and then and when I floor it it feels like a beast BUT when Im driving its like a lack of fuel or something.I have FULL MSD Ignition which its MSD wires,MSD distru not just the cap/rotor,NGK TR6's,MSD Blaster 2 coil,and the MSD 6AL box.So if Im getting spark,I dont know what else to think...

I was reading in another thread that it could be the MAF but is there something else that controls the ignition or its timing or something/Any help would be very much appriciated...

check codes, even if there is no cel, check them. for a long time i didnt have a cel, turned out to be o2 sensors causing a shitty idle, feeling like lack of fuel cruising, wot was good but once in a while it would stall out at lights, little surges here and there. I replaced all kinds of things and finally checked the codes lol. Learned a lesson anyway Just check it out.

Well I have the CEL and I come across is the EGR low circuit which I dont have one and secondary air bypass which is the smog deleate,I have NO emissions at all so those are the only codes that come up.Like it sputters bad I cant figure it out,it has to do with either air or fuel which the next thing im looking to get is a adj fuel pressure regulator.I also have a Walbro if that helps if anything lol

The distributor on the 94/95 5.0L engines has a Profile Ignition Pickup sensor in it which by design senses when the rotor is pointed at cylinder #1 and tells the computer when to fire the fuel injectors. This sensor is known to fail gradually so that you'll have issues that point to a problem with the fuel system.

The EGR system usually will not cause major issues with this engine.

Fuel pump? yes its a possibility. First though, when was the last time you changed out your fuel filter?

MAF is also a possibility.

Does this problem get worse or get better as the engine is warmed up to operating temperature?

Yea Robert and watsup man!!!! LOL YEa bro I got a NEW msd distr and coil so its nothing Ignition wise...Fuel pump is a walbro 255 so thats brand new too bro and when the car is warm its alot better but at start up I go down the street it just sputters like crazy like as if I accelerate while it sputters it just sounds like its missing...But when its warm it runs fine I have no clue wats going on im not gettin any miss firing codes or anything...

MSD stuff right? do a search on the MSD ignition stuff. Named "my spark disappeared", "my spark died" for a reason anyway-- What's your timing set at?
