long tubes require a matching midpipe but is far superior to shorty headers

Shorties can be installed in about an hour and a half.
Full length take all day.

Shorty headers are basically stock headers make of larger ID tubing, and most times of better inside finish around the welds.
Long tubes end near the floor pan and as said earlier, will require modifying your h-pipe.
