You have two options.

Buy a set of MAF and injectors which are calibrated to work together as required

Like this.

Or

Get a new MAF and calibrate it through a chip to work with your current injectors.
(sorry for my bad english)

Your computer has to know what the MAF sensor thinks are in as injectors, and thus why you can cheat with a chip. But in all reality for the best results you should still get a new tune when changing anything like this.

Example, I put a Granatelli MAF for 36 #/hr injectors in with my new stroker and the car on stock computer would barely fire. The issue is that MAF sensor was calibrated for about 200# injectors, even though they said is was cal'd for 36#. My tuner was able to make it all work with a custom tune SCT, but the low end was not spot on for me.
I installed a Pro-M MAF sized for 30# and new injectors and with the SCT chip out the car ran great, a new tune made the A/F spot on. Basically the new MAF was even 10% off of thier calibration sheet because their flow-bench was laid out slightly different than my intake track resulting in different pressure drops and such.
Touch the intake/injection - get a tune.

Id go with a C&L MAF because they have interchangable sample tubes for them if you decide to change your injecotors down the road you wont have to buy a whole new maf unit like the pro flow's

I went for that option and I'm very happy with the result. The stock injectors will be adequate until I do HCI mods but when the time does come and I swap in 24lb injectors, I'll buy the Tweecer instead and tune that to the 24lb injectors with the original sampling tube. With the Tweecer I'll also avoid buying an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
