Compression
Im picking out componets for my stroker build and im not sure how much compression i can run on premium pump gas anybody no?

It depends on which camshaft you're planning to use as this affects the dynamic compression ratio, and whether you'll be using iron or aluminium heads. Aluminium dissipates heat faster so you can go for a higher compression ratio without pinging.

Mine is right at 10.5:1 with aluminum heads and runs fine on 93 octane, and I sometimes run 92 octane if that is all I can get. My tune is pretty much 13.1 A/F idle to redline and never knocks.
