Worth it?
So my dad sends me a text about this guy selling his Red 95 Mustang. It has Gt40-p heads, Cobra Intake, E303 cam, but the mileage is high at 174,000 miles.. BUT the price is only $1250.. which makes me worry a lil bit. Now the guy is suppose to send me pics of it tonight so I can look at it and he says the T5 has no problems at all, no grinding or anything. You guys think it's worth it? I love the 5.0, I have one back at home, but she's a real bad gass guzzler. To me it seems good.. Just wanna see some more pics of the car to see why exactly its so cheap.. hopefully just because of the mileage.

you cant beat it for that price! If you can get it for 1000 that would even be better! Shoot, you could part it out and scrap whats left and not have to worry about losing any money at that price lol! Go for it!!

Haha, yeah I'm gunna try and talk him down a bit if possible. And I plan on actually keeping it. Kinda tired of my lil 4cylinder plymouth laser haha. I need a mustang back in my life, specially one for a DD.

You should of taken him up on his offer as soon as you heard about it. If I ever saw a mustang that cheap I'd jump on it in half a second. Hope ya find another mustang.

I always short shift my cars. Except when I wanna go fast but I love my low end torque for normal driving. Loafing around at 1000 RPM and still being able to accelerate up a slope, that is a good feeling.
