Cool

You will need a different bell housing, clutch disc, trans cross member, trans mount, drive shaft yoke, and possibly a new driveshaft(or have yours shortened but I don't know if it needs to be shortened or not). I am sure somebody sells a swap kit to swap in a T-56. Also why do you want to swap in the T-56?

I was kinda thinking of this swap myself. It wld be nice to have a extra gear. I dont know if it would be worth the extra cash tho.

Here's a basic kit, still need a 26 spline clutch though. But if you swap in a stock one from a 03-04 Cobra, you just need a 10spline clutch

If you look around on SVTP's classifieds, you'll see t-56 swaps popping up from 03-04 Cobra owners who are going Auto. With some hunting you can find nearly whole swaps for under $2k.

What clutch spline is stock on these cars?
