All lowers are the same, I believe. As far as uppers, they all look identical, and even an untrained eye can tell the difference, you wouldn't need casting numbers.

If it doesn't look like the one in the picture (the one I'm using now), then it's not from a Cobra.

Really, most people look for the upper and lower Cobra and Explorer intakes because those are the suitable substitutes to the true GT-40 upper and lower intakes, most commonly found in the older Lightnings and I believe the 94-98 style Saleen s351.

That upper intake isn't even a true 94/95 Cobra intake--------as in one that was a factory original. Yours is a Ford Motorsport SVO intake with the "5.0L Cobra" intake plate stuck onto it.
The OEM intake has the "5.0L Cobra" and snake cast into it-------its not an attached plate like the '93 Cobra upper intake.
This is the upper intake from my personal 1995 Cobra...........

and a closeup shot of the face area. Notice the vertical strip between the snake and "Cobra"? Because your face area is just a plate, it does not have this vertical line. My facing is actually cast into the upper intake.
