1995 Mustang GT Lurching and slight miss

It's a manual. Lurching/bucking in 1st/2nd gear (I'd like to say that it isn't a driver error). Has a slight miss at idle and through the RPM chain. I'm not sure what has been modified on the car (bought it about a month ago), but I'll try to answer what questions you have to the best of my ability. It was having more problems before, and I pretty much started throwing parts at it.

Here's what I've replaced so far:
IAC
TPS
MAF Sensor
Plugs & Wires
Cap & Rotor
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
U-Joints

Is there any codes? You may need to do a vacuum leak test. You missed the O2 sensors and the water temp sender (the one on the heater rail, it controls the computer). Did you check fuel presure and the fuel regulator? It also could be your ECU or the PIP pick up in the distributor.
