just got a 95 gt 5.0

hey everyone, i just received a 05 mustang 5.0 and i would like to upgrade it. the only problem i have is this will be my first project car and i really dont know where to start. If anyone can give me some help on where to start and the best brands that ppl have found that would be a big help. thanks alot for anyone who can help me with this

All I'm gonna say, don't waste money on buying a "Brand name" Cold air intake... just buy eBay piping, and buy a K&N Filter... you'll save yourself like 100+ $
Another thing that lot's of people do is change your gears from 2.73 ( if stock ) to 4.10's or 3.73s.

What are the emission laws in your state?

A Lot depends on what you want to achieve. The most HP you can add for the money can be done with a Dry Nos Kit. If you are looking to just make it sound better, An H or X pipe with some Flow Masters are nice. Under the hood looks, Toss a Chrome Cold Air Intake on 'er. Exterior looks, A Chrome set of 5 stars look good.

Balls out upgrades, Start with a Ford Motor Sports 347 Stroker that comes with a steel crank and full floating Forged pistons that can handle 300 NOS or a monster Super charger/Turbo Set up... Lot depends on your wallet and final goal.

its a manual, and i am from texas. dont know the laws right now have to look up cause i am deployed.

x2. Make that 3.73 axle gears and you can also add an MGW short throw shifter to that list.
