Supercharging a 302

Hey guys. I'm really lost here. I have a mainly stock auto 95 GT and i want some more power. It has about 115,000 miles on it though. I am playing around with several different ideas, such as (1) getting a crate motor and swapping in a t56 tranny. (2) just lettin my 95 sit and getting an 01 cobra and supercharging that. (3) turbocharging my 06 Spec-V (11k miles) and just keeping my 95 GT as a show car. My main idea is to stick with the 95 GT and swap in a new tranny and either supercharge the 302 i have now or drop a crate motor into it. If anyone could help with any advice ranging from which would be the best idea, which would work best, and what type of pricing I am looking at, that would be great. Thanks guys!!

115000 miles isnt that bad as long as it runs well.you could just install a Procharger as long as your engine is is in good working order. Also another option is to install a top end kit like a Holley,or Trick flow which would give a great power increase.

I'm looking for maybe around 400hp. I want a street car, weekend driver type deal. BUT, i want to be able to run 0-60 in around 5 seconds. I don't want to spend too much though. I was thinking maybe $3500-$4000 after installation. Any ideas? And I heard there are two different types of superchargers. Which do you think would be better for me? I don't want sound at idle (kinda sleeper like) but when i get on it I want it to scream like the 03-04 terminator cobras
