i am going to buy these upgrades need advice

1. is 1-5/8 inch HTS Coated Full-Length Header
2. is March Performance Ram Air Intake Kit #4125
3. is Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter
4. Ford Racing M-4602-G Mustang Aluminum Driveshaft
5. Jacobs 343155 Ultra Team FC5.0 Mustang or
msd 6al 6420 and coil
6. flow master catback or magnaflow not sure with x pipe
7. 3.73 gears
8. bbk underdrive pulleys

and any other advice you have on what i should get amd feedback on what i want and if there is a better brand for them or anything else

That's a nice list. I've heard bad things about the Jacobs ignition so you could go for the MSD, though the stock system is already pretty good so I don't think you'll get much bang for your buck with an aftermarket ignition. Just get a good set of plug wires and the MSD cap/rotor kit.

Come to think of it, I've also heard of several MSD 6AL's failing so keep the stock ignition and coil and replace only the cap/rotor/plug wires. Even the stock plugs are good enough.
