Starts, Runs for awhile, then dies and won't restart

It will start up on the first time everyday then run for 5 mins or so, then it dies and won't start for the rest of the day. I had it running fine last week until i gave it some gas then it all started. I run msd ignition. Has new plugs and wires. Any help would be great.

one could be to bypass your msd buy just hooking your coil back up and bypass the msd also take your tfi module off its on the passenger side just infront of the strut tower and take that to a parts store and have it tested

Took the TFI to Autozone, passed the test 6 times. I bought some injection cleaner just incase the fuel system is clogged etc. What else could it be?

I would think that you fuel filter got plugged up or something. replace the fuel filter and run some injector clean in the thing. had an issue like this along time ago in my 98 6er.

Replaced the fuel filter and checked the gap on plugs. I will run the codes tomorrow but problem exists. Could it be because the timing not being set yet or perhaps I didn't install the dizzy right?

when it dies and doesn't start check for spark and if you have spark then hit the bleeder valve on the fuel rail and make sure you have good fuel pressure

Make sure you didnt cross any wires, the distributor turns counter-clockwise recheck your firing order on your lower intake manifold to make sure everything is correct.

Test spark on #1 plug and it has spark. Fuel pressure is around 35 when running. Come to find out they had the msd ignition control bypassed. Hooked it all back up and still won't start. When I bought the car they didn't have the normal firing order set up in the dizzy. I'm confused lol
