how to remove the bracket for the ps and ac pumps

i need to remove the bracket that holds both the ps and ac pumps. i got 2 bolts out and all i can see is the 3rd that is behind the ps pulley. the pulley is blocking it just enough that i cant get to it. i tried a wrench and i cant get enough leverage to make it budge. i was reading something about pulling the pulley off. does anyone know anymore about this?

Cool

You will have to get a power steering pulley puller and take the power steering pulley off.

I left that third bolt out when I installed the bracket. Saved me removing my aluminum pulley

i put all 3 bolts back in cuz i wouldnt feal safe with that heavy ass bracket being held on with just 2 bolts (even though they are some fatty bolts).

It's a well known trick to notch one or two of the openings in the pulley itself to permit access to the power steering pump bolts. This allows the pump to be removed from the bracket without removing the pulley from the pump.
