Dumping mufflers but keeping tail pipes

I want to dump my mufflers but I love the look of the tailpipes. I'm aware there is a hook for the tail pipes near the rear, but not near the front.

Is there any thing to tie the front of them up to under the car?
(stuck in class atm, so don't say "go look under there" )

the only way I could think of is just get a couple of brackets from the parts store and just spot weld them in and bolt them to the tail pipes and that should hold them in place but have you been in a car with dumps on it I had that on my 94 and ended up putting the tail pipes back on it would drown out the car alot it's like all the noise just finds its way into the car lol

No I have not been in a car with dumps. I don't mind the resonant frequencies that enter the cabin. I actually love the tones that a small block ford makes.
I may end up doing the spot weld thing or figure out some kind of bracket solution.

This video makes me want to dump my stock mufflers. I love the way you can hear the cam. ....I just want tailpipes because no tailpipes just make the car look like a v6 IMO. (unless it's lowered/blacked out/ a cobra, etc.)

u can get some hangers that have rubber and then the half moon to put on a clamp they are adjustable so you can cut it down to the size you need most part stores sell them

I think I'ma go with some good ole boy ingenuity and go over to my buddies house, put it on ramps, and see what we can come up with.
I just wish he would answer his damn phone.
