Convertible Top Frame Rattling

My 94 GT Vert rattles a lot when I'm driving, is there anything i can do to the Top Frame to stop it from rattling so much?

Check the hex wrench bolts throughout the frame and make sure they are tight. Other than that idk what to tell you...
Does the clips on the top of the windshield close tight or are they easy to move?

The clips are tight. i just got my whole top done because my window broke and it needed a top anyways. I was hoping the guy would fix everything around the top but no, there are still gaps in the quarter windows, the molding is still ugly, and the frame still sags on the sides preventing the doors from closing properly. is there anyway to fix any of these things?
