94 GT fuel problem

Hey guys, got a question that has been making me scratch my head...

94 GT has good spark and such but will not start...Ive got it down to a fuel problem...I put a new fuel pump in about 9 months ago and just replaced the FPR md filter the other day....When I check the pressure on the rail with KOEOff Im not getting anything...the pump sounds nice and strong but Im not sure what else is going on...

I can ge the car started with starting fluid, but as soon as i try to give it any gas, the car dies....

Any ideas that will save me from dropping the tank and pulling the pump?

Run some seafoam in the gas tank. It's about $8 at any car parts store or walmart.
My moms van was having the same problem and went away as soon as we poured the seafoam in.

gonna try that tomorrow after i put everything back together...but im leaning towards to the pump...checked the pressure before and after the filter and it was nothing...even pulled the line from the tank to filter off and turned the key on and only a burble of gas came out....

Since the pump is still under warranty might as well replace it and get that out of the equation...

This would be my bet. Either that or the hose clamp wasn't tight enough and it worked it's way off.
