How To Install gt40 Intake And New Cam?

so I'm pretty new to working on motors myself. i just purchased a gt40 intake and am looking at buying a cam and i was wondering if there are any threads that walk you through these installs or if anyone wants to do so.i am waitING for shipping but its the upper and lower intake and I'm not sure what cam to go with. are these easy installs? i am planning on gt40p heads or used alluminum ones in the next year too. i will be doing this on my 95gt.

The gain in power will come with heads, not a intake and cam. They are important to power but the real gains will be the heads. Do the HCI at one time.

i would like to just do the intake and cam to get it out of the way but i do see the point about doing it all at once. i plan on doing heads just after tax season..

what the guy meant was just try to save your money and do it at once.

If ur just gonna add intake and a cam, that means ur expecting to pull the cam out through the grill meaning ull have to pull the radiator out, i mean not that big of a deal, just time consuming to in the future put heads on.

do what im doing..im buying everything separately and getting amazing deals off of the corral..bought upgraded trickflow 170cc heads and a track heat upper and lower intake and 30lb injectors for $1300 shipped and everything had 1500 miles on them..bought my cam brand new from someone and saved $30 off retail price..bought a barely used 75mm tb and MAF for $280 shipped..just look around and you can find some amazing deals..i suggest not going with gt40 stuff (it may be good for a real low budget) but your not going to be as happy as you would be with aluminum heads and a better intake..if you do go with the gt40 stuff get a tfs stage 1 cam
