Well first off, what are you plans for the car?
How much HP are you looking for?
How much are you looking to spent?

You car is stock, except for flow master and racing tires?
What is the inter cooler for?
Do you have just the flow master muffler?

First figure what you want to do with the car, and then post here let us know, we'll give you better details for you car... but here are some ideas:

Here are the basic for stock 5.0

Here's what I'll do in order:
1) Ford Racing 3.73 Rear End Gear.
2) Long Tube Headers w/ Pro Chamber Mid Pipe
3) You already got the flow master.
4) Cold Air Intake

You might want to get some suspension done too because your 94 does not have the best handling

Strut Brace Bar (if you don't have one, Easy to install)
Upper and Lower Rear Control Arms

Later down the line as you upgrade, all these thing will still be usable.
If you want more mods next you might want to look into HCI Swap.

If you want a really good HCI kit, you can go with Holley SystemMax II or
Trick flow top end (this will run you about $2300, plus install, and you will want to tune it too)

If thats too much, you can get the GT40p Heads and Upper and Lower Intake from an Ford Explorer 5.0 Late 97 and Up, will swap right over to your 5.0, you will need a good cam to go with it, and 70MM TB.

If you want to go Force Induction, I personally will suggest turbo rather than a supercharged. You can go twin turbo, get a small and a larger one, not same size for both. The smaller will kick in faster for you to take off in the mean time the bigger one picks up, that way you dont have any turbo lagged....

PLEASE NOTE: If you are going to go over 500 HP, i'll suggest a different block.

You can also swap your block for a 351W, the only thing I think your LT headers and lower intake wont work...

AGAIN, let us know the goal for you car.

I believe the gears will give you the biggest bang for your buck...the problem with out model car is that they have trouble breathing...go with a new intake if you dont wanna do HCI. If youre staying with stock heads go wit the gt 40 intake or cobra intake. Also a little mod that gives no hp but is nice to have is the short throw shifter. It all depends on what you wanna do.

im looking for alot of HP n im looking to race. i dont know how better to really describe my goals, i plan on making it a beast, sound better, and perform better, as best as i can. i was told not to go with an intercooler unless i have a supercharger or maybe turbo due to the fact that my intake velocity would drop, id need a supercharger or turbo to force enough air in

If you want a race car with about 500rwhp with out cracking the block.

I'll start with a different block rather than the 302.
You can get:
351W Block.
AFR 185 Heads
TrickFlow Upper and Lower Intake
Call up for a custom Cam
LT Headers
Pro Chamber Mid Pipe
FLowMaster 40's
Ford Racing 3.73
75MM TB
42# Fuel Injector
225 intank fuel pump.
Short Shifter

That should handle a twin turbo pretty good.
All the other goodies that goes with it to complete your setup.

You should be able to run about 6-12 lbs on boost on that setup.

You should be making 500 - 650 HP (THIS IS WHAT I CONSIDER ALOT)

A few more little piece will need to complete the setup.

Good Luck

Alright, you really need to sit down and know what you want. If you dont, your picking and choosing mismatching parts and wasting your time and money. SO do that first. Second, if you are wanting big numbers, you want no less then a Sportsman 302 block. This will hold more then you can probably drive, so that will settle that. IT will also alow you to run up to a 347. I prefere 331, but its your call. Stock block is on borrowed time after you hit 400hp.. and a 351 block might get you to 550.. but again, borrowed time. People will tell you other.. but.. you have to think, am i going to spend 5,6, 7 thousand dollars and say.. well, i hope it holds.. some do.. and some are very not happy. If you want some advise, figure out what type of racing you want, road handeling, drag.. what are you willing to lose as far as street drivablity? Are you in a Smog zone? What are you willing to spend. YOu can only go as fast as your wallet.
Personally, do your suspension and drivetrain, then worry about the motor. Otherwise, it wont matter anyway, when your car is broke down witha blown rearend or trani.

If your goal is 500+rwhp, you'll need a new block (the limit of the stock block is about 500rwhp or 550 crank HP).
In the meantime you can do the 3.73:1 ring and pinion, aluminium driveshaft, CAI, 75mm TB, 76mm or bigger MAF, long tubes, X-pipe, 2.5" exhaust, 190lph fuel pump (255lph if going forced induction), 24lb injectors (42lb injectors if going forced induction), H/C/I (I suggest TFS heads, TFS 1 cam, Holley intake), and Tweecer RT.
The stock short block will hold 400 naturally-aspirated crank HP without any problem but when the time comes to add forced induction, that's when you'll need to have the upgraded short block ready.
Beware that your T5 tranny and stock clutch won't hold 500+rwhp so think about upgrading or replacing those too.
