v6 to v8 conversion
has anyone converted a v6 to a v8 while keeping the fuel injection i have a v6 rolling chassis and a complete v8 gt cancer patient for a donor just wondering how hard it would be

Having the complete donor car makes it easier than trying to track down all the parts seperately. Swap all the GT stuff onto the V6 and you're set.

Well, it's a little more complicated than that. The first question you need to answer is: what year is the V6 car? And I'm assuming since you're posting in the 94/95 section that your donor car is a 94/95 GT correct?

In this case all you need to do then is swap the engine harness and computer harness into the V6 car and drop your motor in and install your computer. Everything else will plug right in/bolt right up. No need to change your fuel pump, lines, wiring, anything! You could do your swap in a weekend.
