95 brake light fuse

I just bought a 95 gts and the only propblem im having with it is that my #9 fuse keeps blowing. I have already replace the flasher, brake switch, and checked all the visible wiring from front to back. I had also noticed that my clutch posion switch is no good because i can start the car without the clutch. I just wanted to know if it could be the clutch posion switch that is blowing the fuse or do i have to start going through every inch of the wiring to find it.

Yup, really tight under there. Helps to pull the seat out and lay under the dash comfortably. Trust me, it'll take way less time to pull that seat out than trying to do it with the seat in.

Remove the seat, you'll be glad you did.

looks like the same size. It helps to get a shot of your car that you can narrow down to a banner sized pic.

sounds like it *might* have something to do with the cruise control system?

found your fix (maybe)

hello i was searching for a fix to the same problem. i ran across this thread and went down with car off started pushing the clutch pedal, and heard the fuse blow. i did some more research and found the wiring runs across the very top of the clutch pedal and is a pain in the ass to get to. i pulled them down far enough to see them and sure enough bare wire. taped and moved to keep away from clutch pedal and it fixed it will post link to thread that helped me on next post
