94 EFI problems

my 94 gt is running really weird

the car runs fine......until it warms up then it will idle really low and the trans drops into 2nd gear it will only do this when it runs bad other then that it shifts fine and doesnt slip at all you have to give it gas to keep it alive

does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Get hold of an OBD-I code reader and write down any codes you have (most auto zones/advanced auto stores have them to use if you can't buy one). The plug-in is on the driver side strut tower under the hood. If they try to plug it into the one under the passenger dash, call him an idiot and point him in the right direction. (unless your car is a v6)

Bring us back some codes if you have any and we will go from there. 9 times out of 10 problems can be traced back to the code.

You may also want to try cleaning your MAF sensor and check for any vacuum leaks. (any lose/broken rubber hoses under the hood)
