Taking off Stock intake manifold


i've taken out every bolt i can find. i still can't get the upper plenum off. any suggestions or is there any bolts that i may be missing?? Also I am thinking about getting a supercharger that will replace the upper plenum. which lower plenum do you think i should get?

Did you get the bolts from under the intake plaque?

There should be 6 bolts, what he's talking about it under the 5.0 emblem/sign what ever u want to call it, unscrew that and the other two is there.

yea thats what i thought. I've had it off before about two years ago. I went to take off the plaque this time and the screws stripped. I'm waiting to get to the store and purchase some steel drill bits to get the heads of the screws off. Any ideas as to what i should work on after i get the manifold off???????

there's a tool the sell to take that out, it works on a drill, i got one at homedepot, its call a stripper, explain to the guy that the screw head is gone, and there's a tool called stripper, hope you dont walk out the store with a naked women, lol.. yeah but its call stripper... good luck
