Under Drive Pully will help???

I just need a guess here guys, I know dyno will be the best. But I will be doing heads and cam next year maybe switch to 351. But for now I just need a guess.

94 5.0 Vert
Trick Flow Upper and Lower
75MM TB
BBK CAI.
BBK Shorty
BBK o/r x-pipe
Flowmaster 40's
Hurst Short Shifter
Front 245/45/17
Rear 275/40/17

I already got a set of alum. BBK Underdrive Pully to be install.
Gripp SubFrame Connector
Gripp Upper and Lower Control Arm.

I am getting Ford Racing 3.73 Gears in about 3 weeks.
and its 5 speed.

Any guess how much power will I be putting down?

And is there any small minor stuff should I looked at to get?

my guess would be around 220-230 rwhp but thats just a guess.you should soon get a larger MAF meter and get 24lb injectors so you dont have to worry about running lean when HP level gets to the 19lb injectors

I'd say a little higher; 230-240rwhp. You'll definitely need a higher-flowing fuel pump, injectors, and a MAF calibrated to those injectors when you decide to do the heads/cam. Your existing 19lb injectors and 88lph fuel pump are pretty close to the limit.

to set up your fuel system for turbo this is what your gonna need,42lbinj,
a 255lph forced induction fuel pump, AFPR,and a C&L 76mm MAF sensor.
the stock cam works well with turbo for more power with a good idle use an FMS E cam and if you want a little more power with a rougher idle use a FMS F cam.the C&L 76mm MAF is great since you dont need to send it out to get recalibrated when you change injectors, you just buy calibration tubes $25.00each for different injector sizes.the C&L also works good with turbo on draw thru applications. the 42lbers and 255FI fuel pump probably would be overkill until you do your turbo kit.Im installing a Turbo on my LX soon so ive done my research. For more info on turbos checkout Turbomustangs.com

Would ud pulleys make the car run hotter? I've heard that they can. If you mod a 5.0 and put in an ud pulley, do you have to upgrade your cooling system?

I installed an ASP underdrive crank pulley on my 5.0. It was running slightly hot anyway but the pulley didn't make it any worse.
As far as upgrading the cooling system goes, I'd recommend swapping in a Mishimoto aluminium radiator. The stocker is marginal at best and in hot weather it just doesn't cut the mustard. I'm going to say bye bye to my stock radiator as soon as my wallet recovers from my latest parts buying spree.

That's what I figured. A new radiator and probably new thermostat and water pump?

The stock water pump is OK but when the time comes to replace it, the Stewart water pump sold by Summit Racing would be a good replacement.
If you live in a cool temperate climate, stick with the OEM 192* t'stat. If you live in a state that's warm pretty much year round, a 180* t'stat would do nicely.
