Running Rich

I've got a 94 GT with edelbrock heads, flowmasters, new pc, o2's, maf, K@N, cap,rotor,wires,plugs. I've got codes 173/177 rich right and left sides I can't figure it out took it to a shop and they told me it was running rich and needed new o2's (didn't work) now they tell me it needs new pc (yeah right it is new). Anyone have any ideas? Pressure regulator seems good it also, has a new IAC and TPS tests good??

Is it tuned?

What size are your injectors? Is your MAF calibrated to those injectors?
