high idle
i just had my throttle body changed and a cold air intake put on and they must have not adjusted something right now out of gear i am hitting about 4 grand and in gear i am starting off at about 2 1/2. and they left me no manual so i am not sure where to adjust it . and help is apricated.

There's a screw on the TB that goes up and down to adjust it there. It doesn't have a head on top neither on the bottom. Try take it down alittle that should help. But from what your saying, it MIGHT not be the whole problem. But give it a try.
If you take your hand and open the TB while the car is running, and let it go, it will come back and hit on the screw.. that's what you want to take down some more.
