how to adjust idle

How do i adjust the idle on my 94 mustang 5.0 ? its idling around a grand i want to turn it down to about 750.

This is vague but on most cars there is a screw on the throttle body that opens or closes the butterfly valve slightly to change the rpms. Also you can buy a programmer to change this.

i was looking today i have a 70mm bbk throttle body and everythings on the bottom, but im not sure what is what, could you send me a pic of this screw ?

Look up the site for the TB. There will be instructions that may be different than the stock adjustment proceedure.

I found the screw, it was an allen key, i lowered the rpm to 900 for now, but i have a problem, only at idle below 1100rpm it surges and shakes, im not sure where to start or why this is happening. Any suggestions?

Go to BBK site. Find install information for that TB and year. Now you can adjust properly.
