Then either go for the Explorer/Cobra intake or the regular Edelbrock Performer.

no, cobra or gt40 intake will make power up to 7000 rpm i believe. doesnt matter anyway. your rev red line is at 6250 anyways unless you remove it. the edlebrock one is good also. the only thing you really should be worried about is your heads. the stock ones dont flow to well if you plan on getting the most outta that turbo you want to slap on. id get those first and dont even worry about an intake unless your going to be pushing more than 450 hp, then you might consider building your own intake or get one from bbk or trickflow.

i already have the edlebrock performer and i have stock heads that have been decked .045 of an inch with a 5 angle valve jod also a b 303 cam msd 6al with a 6000 chip in it. i have done mad research and a lot of ppl have the holey upper and lower on there sn95 5.0s i was wondering y they did if there was something special about it. would stock heads be ok if i ported them or should i just get trick flow or some afr heads? prolly after market heads would be my best bet. would porting the upper and lower on my performer intake benifit my setup? i already have a lot of the parts i need just need me a boost brothers turbo kit. also i have a 255 lph fp 70mm tb 90mm mas air 42 lb injectors and i finaly just bought my welder a month ago

I put an eddy rpm II on my car, picked up 10 hp n/a. It's a great intake, so is the systemax. The rpm II will not hurt your torque, it still will make great power and torque. It can't be beat imho.

On a NA set-up, yes, but on a turbo set-up it won't matter and you can always port the runners in the lower intake (especially no.1 & 5 in the Explorer) to gain more airflow.
