What Type of Cam Should I Go With?I'm not supercharged yet, more worried about passing smog in CA. I had a Stage II TFS Cam that is not smog legal if anyone is interested |

My advice to you is to call up Comp Cams or Lunati or whoever you want and talk to someone in the cam help department. Those people do cams for a living so they know exactly what they are talking about.

check out AndersonFordMotorsports.com ,they can make you a custom grind cam that would be smog legal and work well with a SC.the E-303
is a smog legal cam that works well with boost but the design is a little dated

You could go for the TFS Stage 1 cam if the engine's staying naturally aspirated. If you're going to supercharge, you could consider the Steeda 19 blower cam.

make sure you check your VALVE CLEARANCE .... i was going to go trick flow with my 331 but you have to buy their pistons and stuff for the set up i wanted then the stuff you didnt need pistons didnt put the kinda power down i wanted .. i went edelbrock for same money and more hp better quality
