T5 install question

I put a 5.0L from a 91 GT into my SN95. I have the T5 from the 91 as well. Am I going to run into any issues as far as clearance? I keep seeing info on this adaptor plate for the 94-95 T5's and am not for sure what it actually does. But basically, is there going to be an issue using the 91 5.0L and T5 in an SN95.

You will run into problems with the shifter. The sn95 t5's had deeper bellhousings and longer input shafts to move the shifter farther back. That will also move your crossmember. You can get an input shaft for a 94-95 t5 (v-6 or V-8) and put it in your fox t5 along with the sn95 bellhousing.
