Timing Advance
i have heard of people doing timing advance to 14 -15 i wanted to know what everyone thinks of doing this and also how do you do this ?

Remember that the amount of timing advance that you can use without getting detonation will be determined to a large extent by the ambient temp./humidity and the fuel octane used.
On a cold damp winter day with premium fuel, you could advance the timing quite a bit. On a hot dry summer day with 87 octane, the engine might ping even with the stock 10 degree advance. |
