The usual list of bolt-on mods consists of CAI, larger MAF, larger TB, headers, H or X pipe, catbacks, and underdrive pulleys.
The next stage is HCI (heads/cam/intake). The Cobra items are already pretty decent but with an HCI, you'll gain more HP higher up the rpm range at the expense of some low rev torque. HCI requires other supporting mods like computer tune, higher-flow fuel pump, and tranny upgrade.
Your choice of parts will depend on where in the rpm range you want maximum torque, your desired redline rpm, and your budget.
You do also have the option of forced induction (supercharger, turbo, or nitrous) but remember that the risk of the production block splitting increases as you near 500rwhp.

larger tb and cai are a nice cheap way to gain some power.

Would an underdrive pulley work with a motor that has had a hci kit installed?

Nobody said cam? Underdrive pullies would work, yes. CAMSHAFT. A cam install will significantly increase your horsepower.

But only if it's done in conjunction with higher-flowing heads and intake. A bigger cam on a motor with stock heads/intake will not perform to its full potential and you'll lose torque lower down the rpm range.

You only lose torque because the powerband is shifted by the cam... it's more than made up on the top end. No, it won't perform to its full potential, but the performance increase will be worth it.

4.10 gears and a tune will do you nicely.

So let me get this straight, I should put 3.73's on a mach before the SC or 4.10's?

Hehe ok, so what all's involved in installing a SC on the engine? What, if any mods have to be made?
