i'm in the same boat dude, i'm 1 month into a 6 month deployment to Turkey.. but the mustang will be faster when i get back.. upgrades are being worked on while i'm here!

Right now I am in Japan (Yokosuka) the country is nice the base sucks! I am onboard a new destroyer.
I can not wait to go home too, I have to install my new msd ignition kit, change the pulley on my s/c'r and maybe install a new aluminum shaft.

i have a MSD 6AL, MSD blaster coil, o/r x-pipe, 3:73 install, either a professional products or GT40 intake manifold, bigger mass air sensor, u/d pulleys, king cobra clutch, T-5 rebuild, new trac-lok rear, steeda upper/lower control arms & sway bars, complete dyno-tune & custom burned chip all on the way.. i have a bit of work to do but i can't wait!

cosmetic wise i think i'm going to go with smoked HID headlights, black 2003 cobra wheels, & a few other various interior pieces to accent her nicely! i can't wait to get back! only 5 more months!!!

well, i'm sorry that you joined the army. you had a choice like i did.it's not my problem that you chose a service with a poorer quality of life than myself.

& i do get offensive about people throwing insults because my job keeps the people up front alive. not all grunts are like you are ungrateful though... just because you really dont understand the BIG picture don't throw insults. the fact of the matter is my job keeps the ground pounder alive in many different aspects. we fly cargo in from different hubs to keep convoys off the roads, we ship MRAPS & armored hummers, armor kits for the older hummers, bradleys, abrams tanks, & we move ALL OF THE ARMY'S SUPPLYS from ammo to food.. i am proud of what i do in the air force because i help save the lives of soldiers and marines who are up on the front...

with all that, thank you for your service & hopefully one day you will get a bigger picture of what really goes on..

I am a Cpl in the Marine Corps, I must say we all have pride for our branch over the other like for me I pick on my dad for being in the Navy, or my friend for being in the Army "Arent Really Marines Yet" BUT all in all we are still over there together in front or not and everyone has a huge part... I see my Docs as Angels who got my back! oorah Doc, I am currently in a non deployable unit training marines, even here at My MTU "Marine Training Unit" my efforts are still present in the fight over there becuase i am sending trained marines into battle. it all works together. So lets not be BOOTS and just crack and have fun with it but dont get personal, and i have a lot of Air force guys in my unit and they are great people and work just as hard as we do on the flightline!
