ecu swaps

I understand the 98 cobra has a more aggressive ecu/pcm set up. Anyone ever swap one into a 94 - 95 5.0?

won't work.

94/95 = obd1
98 = obd 2 and entirely different ECM

So is it easier to run 24lb injectors with a cobra computer, or will a gt computer work fine?

only if you have the cobra MAF too. otherwise you should stick with the GT ECM

So 94 - 95 Cobra ECM, MAF & 24lb injectors would see some performance gains?

yeah, aminly just due to the larger MAF. not sure if the cobra ECM has any advantage over the gt ECM. IMO you could spend the money on something worth a lot more power
