You only have one cam dude, not "cams"
Choosing a camshaft determines alot on what your setup is composed of. what are your mods?

installing a cam with stock heads and intake will not do much in horsepower.you could use an e cam from ford motorsport its not the most advanced but still gives you a good idle and works well with a blower.there are other cams but dont choose something to big or you will have a bad idle or you will shift your power up too high in the rpm range also spring bind or bending valves due to piston contact if you are using stock heads.you probably should have a pro do the install if you are not familiar with the engine

Not so much heads before cam, alot of people do heads, cam, and intake at the same time.
I would say any decent off the shelf aluminum head would work well with a blower. Depending on how much boost you want to run, and how much HP you will be pushing will determine how big of a head you want. 165, 185, 105, 225, etc. Look into one of the TFS top end kits, or maybe some AFR heads matched with a good intake. Edelbrock makes good stuff too. As for the cam, you should definitely hold off. Like stated above, it wont really do anything for you, except give you a thumpy idle. Say you get the TFS top end, you could either get one of their cams, or get a custom blower cam for it...The custom would max out performance, driveability, and just suit your setup very well.
