94 GT to/pilot bearing issues...

I bought the car needing a clutch at 81400. Got the ford clutch. The installer said I needed to get a new clutch cable or I would prematurely wear the bearing again. I got the new ford adjustable cable but there was a space of time b 4 it got into the car. Not long after that, a few thousand miles the bearing started with the familiar squeal, only when the pedal is fully let out. I had the same installer put a new bearing set in the car. This bearing started to squeal at about one thousand and fifteen miles after the install. Now at almost 92k I cannot stand the squeal any more. Is there something that I have done wrong? The installer said the shift fork was all right and didn't need to be replaced. What gives with this t-5? I drive like an old lady most of the time too, to the tune of twenty nine hwy. mpg. Help!!! Never had this much clutch crap with my old school svos.

either a defective t/o bearing or a scarred up frt bearing retainer on the trans, I would replace it w/ a FORD oe replacement bearing and repl the frt retainer as well. That should solve it.
