it will allow you to use 24 lb/hr injectors. if it is larger than stock (i'm sure it is) then you could gain a few hp from it, plus it will increase gains from future mods.

The calibration of the MAF sensor must match the size of the injectors, otherwise the only thing you'll gain is a headache. A 24lb MAF together with 24lb injectors is a good mod to do once you're past the basic external bolt-ons and you're getting ready to do HCI mods. Don't forget to upgrade the stock 88lph fuel pump to a 190lph pump if you're staying naturally-aspirated, otherwise the 24lb injectors will be no use at all.
Ideally I think you should do 24lb MAF, 24lb injectors, and fuel pump upgrade in one go so if you don't have the money to buy all three yet, wait until you do. Otherwise, do the fuel pump first and the MAF/injectors later.
If you're going forced induction or stroker, you'll need a 255lph pump and minimum 30lb injectors with matching MAF calibration and a computer tune.

Like said above, really wouldnt do anything unless you got some good bolt ons...It would just make your car (if stock) run rich, and could possibly be slower.

However, with the fuel pump, if you are going to replace it, i would not even bother with a 190lph, just go straight for the 255lph...The bigger pump doesnt hurt you in this case.

I'm pretty sure getting a 255 isnt overkill because it is a return style system.

I know of people doing that before they do any mods anyway.

What are your mods?

Yeah there is a return system you could get a 1000 lph fuel pump and still ge the same HP because whatever fuel the engine doesnt burn is sent back to the fuel tank
