Mass Air Meter

I need to get a new Mass Air Meter, and I was wondering which brands work well with our years? Also which brands do you suggest as far as quality and bang for the buck. Thanks

Either P-MAS or SCT. Stay away from C&Hell and Grantelli.

Why? I have the C&L 76mm MAF kit calibrated for stock 19lb injectors and I'm very happy with it.

I have actually heard different opinions from different people, all I want to do is find a good reliable maf for as cheaply as possible and at this point it looks like pmas is the best bet from this site:

Bear in mind that if you change to larger injectors, your MAF won't be correctly calibrated unless you tune the engine computer. If you get the C&L MAF, you can just change the calibration tube for the correct injector size without resorting to a computer tune. That makes the C&L more versatile.

Again the C&L sample tubes are not that acurate. Whatever meter you buy you will still need a tune. Why spend all that money and not have it tuned.

I saw you posting on SN forums about this and didnt get a chance to tell you that P-MAS is actually a group of former PRO-M peeps. Take it for what its worth. Dont forget about the SCT meters they are very good.
