Hi-Flow Fuel Rails for 94-95

I've read a question somewhere about somebody who was asking if the performance fuel rails that suit a Fox body / 93 Mustangs would fit a 94-95 SN95

The answer is: Yes it does

The racing fuel systems pioneer (Aeromotive) makes p/n 14101 that fits all 5.0 Mustangs from 87 to 95.. (Trick Flow Specialties) also make 5158000R for the same application

The only thing to consider with 94-95 Mustangs is that stock distributer cap has to be adjusted or modified to provide clearance with the rail.. a good solution is to change the stock cap or the complete distributer with MSD Billet 8455

94-95 Fuel rails have 3/8" bores and are good for upto 500 flywheel horsepowers.. the Aeromotive 14101 which has a 5/8" bore can support over 1000 horsepowers - so just think if you need it or now. The cost is alittle below $200

Hope that helps.

I am running less than 500 hp engine only , and 350 hp NOS on a plate...Do you think i would see a gain if I changed my stock fuel rail ???

30 lb injectors, fuel pump is 255 lph, if that influences your answer

I'll leave the answer to somebody who has done that

I'm running a 400 hp motor with 30# & 190 LPH on stock rails too. I'm thinking to go for the billet one, but I'm afraid it could affect the fuel system...

I was thinking if I use bigger diameter rails when the upstream fuel lines are the same, that would drop the pressure in the rails cuz of the expansion. Pressue reduces when the flow line diameter increases. So the way to go is to upgrade the whole fuel system - too expensive!!!

Be careful!!

Anyway, if you think of buying one.. I've seen them sold at around $50 on eBay motors from Blue Oval Industries, Mustang Depot, Downs and others - not big brand names though.. to have to tailor hose work & fit tings.. to me, it's just a bored billet aluminum rod, I wouldn't pay $200.. get it with a $70 Kirban adjustable fuel pressure regulator, a good gauge from Jegs.

No because a nitrous plate system sprays fuel with nitrous, its a separate deal. Spraying that much nitrous you will have to run a dedicated fuel system for your nitrous system or you will have problems.

LOL, have already had problems... had 250 hp on it and forgot to have my diablo chip reprogrammed for the upgraded 347 block .. running very lean and blew a head gasket... am going to buy a stand alone fuel managment system so i don't have to run to the dyno shop every time i want to change it. Just waiting on the money : ) ..

So I need a separate fuel pump and lines just for the nitrous... ???? what if i only run 250 hp...scratch that, I know I won't ...All or bust !!!

I have an old boost pump from my old Dry NOS kit.... will that work ???

That pump might work. The instructions for the NOS kit should tell you what you need for fuel pressure. If its a high pressure system that pump might work.
