Shaking?

i have a 95 5.0 stang with a auto trans. if i let it shift between 2000 R.P.M. and 3000 R.P.M. it will shake when the car is shifting. it will go away if i let go of the throttle or if i will give it more gas. could anyone help me to figure out what the problem is. thanks

First thing I would look at is your Harmonic balancer, they have a tendancy to go.

if its not the harmonic balancer, i had a similar problem with my torque converter locking up ...but it was fixed with a trans additive fluid
