Odd Noises Coming From My Car...

I'm getting a few strange suspension noises these days and I wondered if anyone had any idea what they might be:

1) tap-tap from the front, like someone hitting 2 metal blocks together. This one usually occurs while turning, especially if I'm hitting any bumps.

2) Barking-like sound from the rear of the car. This one occurs mostly when turning, especially if it's been raining... I already removed the dog from the trunk (kidding). It sounds like a seal (the aquatic mammal kind) making it's barking noise. Also happens in reverse... someone told me the limited slip might be squawking, but I didn't think the car HAD limited slip, so I'll need to check the axle and rear-end codes to find out.

3) Rattle at certain RPMs, but only under load... sounds like it's coming from the mid-rear passenger side. I'm thinking it's a heat shield for the exhaust, but it also changes patterns sometimes and sounds like it might be bumping into the driveshaft or something.

Since the car's been lowered and I live in an apartment building it's very hard to get under the car to actually look at anything... I may take it into the tire shop or something to have it looked at, but none of these noises seem to be affecting the drivability of the car.

Any input?

Just went through this myself...

1- sway bar bushings.

2- exhaust in the cat back area.

3- exhaust.

just a thought.

you should definitely have the ford posi (trac-lok) in your car and the barking like sound when turning could be your tire rubbing inner fender (what size tires? how much lowered?) or spring isolators maybe ????

1) Sounds like tie rod or a ball joint

2) Sounds like it could be alot of things...But Im leaning towards exhaust hanger broke

3) Reinstates me thinking that you have a broken exhaust hanger...
